There is an old Zen saying: “You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you're too busy, then you should sit for an hour.” 

Do I need to commit to a long program?

Not unless it makes sense. Some clients work with us for a few focused sessions. Others stay longer as their roles evolve. We offer a few flexible coaching tracks so you're not locked into anything that doesn't serve you.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely. What you say in coaching stays in coaching. We create a space where you can say the thing you're afraid to say at work and figure out what to do about it.

What if I don’t know exactly what I want yet?
